17-time Guinness World Record-holding chef Wallace Wong, affectionately known as the ‘Six Pack Chef’, is heading to Hong Kong to inaugurate new Japanese restaurant Roru Baru on Mar. 21.
Roru Baru specialises in Wan Chai with a menu of protein-filled rolls, complemented with a few select appetisers and drinks.
Chef Wallace arrives this Saturday (Mar. 21) to host a one-night-only 12-course tasting menu inspired by his global adventures in Hong Kong, Japan, and Southeast Asia, but formatted in Roru Baru’s familiar roll structure.
