Seventeen-time Guinness World Record-holding chef Wallace Wong, known affectionately as the “six-pack chef,” is heading to Hong Kong to inaugurate new Japanese restaurant Roru Baru on Mar. 21.

In Wan Chai, Roru Baru specialises its offerings with a menu of protein-filled handrolls, complemented by a few select appetisers and drinks.

Chef Wallace arrives this Saturday (Mar. 21) to host a one-night-only 12-course tasting menu inspired by his global adventures in Hong Kong, Japan, and Southeast Asia, but formatted in Roru Baru’s familiar roll structure.

If you cannot make this week’s event, be sure to tune into Roru Baru’s socials for details on a second collab on Apr. 24 and 25 with Mexican restaurant Delia from Bangkok.
