In celebration of its 3rd anniversary in Hong Kong, fine-dining restaurant Feuille will be venturing north to Kam Tin to host an exclusive farm-focussed lunch hosted at a leading Hong Kong farm.
Feuille joins with Farmhouse Productions to host the table-to-farm journey (HKD2,888 per person), an experience combining the fine-dining prowess from consultant chef David Toutain and executive chef Joris Rousseau with the rich product grown at the New Territories-based farm.
The journey features a farm tour, the four-hands lunch, and a masterclass led by chef David and Joris.
The May event will only proceed with a minimum of at least 15 participants so book your seat for a chance to enjoy this very exclusive meal. The day begins at 11AM at Feuille, the meeting point, before you are whisked away to Farmhouse productions for a tour at 12PM. Lunch is at 12:30PM, with departure set for 3:30PM.
