KYO Matcha, open inside in the seventh-month-old Kai Tak mall, has a new seasonal limited flavour of homemade wasabi (HKD58 for two scoops, HKD68 for three). As advertised by the matcha cafe, the gelato flavour comes with a faint salty fragrance with a mustard spiciness.
If wasabi is not your thing, KYO Matcha sells tofu, black sesame, hojicha, three types of matcha flavours, and two pistachio flavours.
The café also has fluffy matcha and hojicha cakes and drinks on its menu.
