Foodie Forks 2026 Best French Restaurant La Petite Maison introduces a new citrus-themed summery menu for the steamy months of July and August to cleanse the palate and shine off the fat.
Included in their summer set dinner menu (HKD598 per person) is a colorful mix of seasonally French dishes fit for warm months with additions of citrus fruits and ingredients.
The menu’s starters beef tartare with cornichons, capers, and oyster mayonnaise (substituted to tuna on request) and vine tomatoes with smoked stracciatella and 25-year-old aged balsamic shine bright with snappy flavours, with the latter possessing beefy flavours with hints of wine and yogurt from the cheese and balsamic mix.
For the main action, the menu includes a squid ink mafaldine, poached sea bream with confit zucchini and pine nuts, and a notably on-theme duck confit with orange and endive.
Dessert includes the LPM classic vanilla cheesecake with a berry compote and new citrus panna cotta blood orange sorbet.
