Crema di Grom and cioccolato fondente (pastry cream and dark chocolate) flavours

Grom’s menu is extensive, serving more than 20 flavours at a time, with signatures including crema di Grom, a pastry-cream gelato with Ecuadorian chocolate chips and corn biscuits made by the brand itself, and Gianduja, made with Peruvian chocolate and Tonda Gentile hazelnut gelato. In addition to gelato, Grom also crafts a range of fruit sorbets that are lactose and fat free and suitable for vegans. Popular flavours include pistacchio made with Perfect Green and Mawardi pistachios, limone, prepared with Siracusa lemons, and pesca, made with peaches grown in the organic farm Mura Mura, which is owned and managed directly by the two founders of the gelateria, Guido Martinetti and Federico Grom.
