This new harbourside hotel in Hung Hom from the Shangri-La Group has been generating much love for its picturesque views and cool kiosk-style eating hall Dockyard. Now they’ve unveiled their Sunday brunch at seventh-floor spot Red Sugar. It begins from 12pm and includes a stunning terrace to sun yourself over a glass of champagne and lengthy lunch.
The brunch opens with DIY Bellinis and Bloody Marys alongside a spread of several cured salmons, crab tartlets, Boston lobster bites, scallops, salads, cold cuts, breads and soups. The choice of main courses is thoughtfully small, with a fish, chicken, beef and vegetarian option, and then comes the dessert extravaganza.
Priced at $638 with free-flow Veuve Clicquot champagne and all the trimmings.
