Time is flying, and our third annual Food’s Future Summit is just around the corner! We know that not everyone can attend both days thanks to busy work schedules, so we’ve got a full schedule planned and single- day tickets available for Saturday, 12 October.
This is the one event that all foodies – whether you’re a professional or just passionate foodie – cannot afford to miss. If you attended last year’s Summit, you may have an idea of what to expect, but this year, the Summit is set to be bigger, better and more impactful than ever. We’re diving head first into hard-hitting topics, showcasing groundbreaking innovations and gathering some of the most fascinating professionals and consumers in the food world all in one space.
Here are a few things to look forward to on this unsurpassed Saturday:
Inspiring speakers and in-depth panel discussions
Ever wondered what it takes to be the next big thing in the food space? Our experts will tell you at the How to Be the Next Big Food Disruption panel.
Did you know that blockchain is making impressive efforts to address food safety and security challenges? Learn more at the Blockchain in our Food Chain panel.
We all know about the war against plastic straws, but what can people in the F&B industry do beyond this to reduce our carbon footprint? At the Reducing our Carbon Foodprint Post-Plastic Straws panel, we’ll explore the latest sustainable efforts in the restaurant and food industries.
At NamasTaste: The New Age of Conscious Consumers panel, we’ll examine how our increasing pursuit of wellness is shaping the food and dining landscape.

We’ve received loads of applications for the Innovation Showcase and have selected an amazing line-up of exciting start-ups and companies who will display, demonstrate and educate Summit guests on their versions of food’s future and their groundbreaking innovations. Be some of the first people in Asia to sample future-forward eats, drinks and technologies.
The Innovation Showcase will open at 1pm on Friday, but it will be open all day on Saturday (concurrently with the panels and talks). To learn more about the exciting visionaries at the Summit, read our article.
Good news, foodies! Coffee, breakfast, lunch and future-friendly snacks are all included in the ticket price! Start your day off right with a cup of Redback Coffee’s speciality brew served to you by the friendly staff of inspiring social enterprise The Nest. Then, grab a delightfully fluffy pancake from Classified. If you ask us, there isn’t a more perfect breakfast.
For lunch we’ve partnered with beefy burger legend Beef & Liberty and its plant-based sister brand, Leaves & Liberty. They’ll be bringing you a selection of expertly crafted sliders with delicious vegan and vegetarian options.
Expect more snacks, tastings and foodie discoveries at the Summit!
