Having a huge following from Asian celebrities such as Shu Qi, Joey Yung, Sammi Cheng and Miriam Yeung, Kiki Noodles have been offering nourishing and mouth-watering sun-dried noodle varieties in Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau. Their addictive yet additive-free noodles are available online and at this year’s Taiwan Food Fair at Sogo (Causeway Bay) from now until 8 November 2017.

We at Foodie have been avid fans of KiKi Noodles since the launch of the Scallion Oil and Sichuan Spices flavours this past spring – their chewy bite cannot be surpassed. Abiding to traditional fermentation techniques and the principle of using premium natural ingredients, KiKi Noodles have now rolled out three new noodle selections to wow their fans: Sichuan Beef Soup Noodles ($88 for 1 pack of noodles and 1 pack of soup), Spicy Aged Vinegar Dry-stirred Noodles ($68 for 5 packs) and Vinegar Dry-stirred Noodles ($68 for 5 packs).

To spice things up even further, the noodle giant will also collaborate with Atelier Vivanda, the French meat-focused bistro at Ship Street in Wanchai, to launch a limited-time pop-up noodle bar from 9 November 2017. The brand-new KiKi flavours will be available there, along with special deluxe noodle dishes including KiKi Vinegar Noodles with sour fish slices ($98), KiKi Aged Vinegar Spicy Noodles with garlic, white mushroom and egg ($78) and KiKi Sichuan Beef Soup Noodles with Angus slices ($148).
