The mercury is rising and the sun is shining this sizzling summer. Do you know what that means? A taste of Italy’s premium Italian sparkling wine, Prosecco, at your favourite destination restaurants in Hong Kong.
The esteemed Italian sparkling wine region of Prosecco DOC has joined forces with 14 restaurants in the city, comprising modern Japanese bites, refined Cantonese dishes, peppery Thai food, and vibrant French menus, to celebrate the premium flavours of Prosecco DOC.
The Prosecco DOC Week campaign presents a range of offers and menus across Hong Kong Island and Kowloon restaurants available to enjoy till Jul. 8 (with exception of Ryota Kappou Modern), with a pronounced focus on the bubbly wine and its multidimensional flavours.

Japanese restaurants Ryota Kappou Modern, Kumoden, and Bicho are offering special prices for Prosecco ordered by the glass at their fine-dining establishments, whilst French restaurant Vivant is sharing glasses of Prosecco DOC Rosé during their Saturday free-flow boozy brunch.
Causeway Bay-based Italian restaurant Casa Cucina & Bar is featuring one free glass of Prosecco DOC per guest with their dinner sharing menu, and sky-high SKYE Roofbar & Dining is offering a limited-time two-hour free-flow Prosecco menu with a complimentary cold cut and cheese platter.
Cantonese and southern Chinese speciality restaurants Golden Bauhinia Sang Kee, Kin’s Kitchen, Sang Kee Restaurant, and Fung Mei Gwun are offering special prices on bottles of Prosecco. The Hua Restaurant will share a complimentary bottle of Ponte 1948 Prosecco DOC Rosé when joining a table of five other guests to enjoy their special summer menu.

Thai restaurant Siam 28 and Mediterranean-meets-Asian restaurant Bistro Bon Bon are also promoting Prosecco at a special discount. The Central speakeasy Unknown is featuring a unique Prosecco cocktail.
Prosecco is a denominazione di origine controllata (DOC) Italian product, meaning controlled designation of origin, ensuring that the white wine is produced in the nine provinces spanning the Veneto and Friuli-Venezia Giulia regions of northern Italy. The national appellation maintains that the sparkling wine must be made using Prosecco grapes, ensuring a perfect quality to the fruity sparkling wine.
