Getting to Kamcentre Roast Goose, lauded as one of the top spots to get roast goose in Hong Kong, you will need to head to the South China Athletic Association (SCAA) building in Causeway Bay and find the restaurant, located behind a bowling alley of all places.

Operating for more than a decade, the hometown favourite specialises in roast meat, notably their signature roast goose, and popular Cantonese plates, particularly stir-fried dishes.

For the star item, choose between the full roast goose (HKD660), half roast goose (HKD338), and roast goose breast (HKD220). The Kamcentre goose is roasted in-house and prepared with a five-spice rub. The Iberian pork char siu (HKD180) and soy sauce chicken (HKD480) are recommended dishes to add on.

Chef Fong Ho Tong, an esteemed chef in Hong Kong who worked for more than five decades at top Chinese restaurants, leads the kitchen at Kamcentre Roast Goose. According to the restaurant, he has cooked for former US President George W Bush and former General Secretary of the Chinese Communist Party Hu Jintao.
