Thirty years after Nobu Matsuhisa opened his first Nobu restaurant in downtown Manhattan, and a year after Nobu Hong Kong reopened at the Regent Hong Kong, the chef is returning to Hong Kong for a litany of celebrations in October.

Chef Nobu will be stationed in Hong Kong on Oct. 30–31 to host a seven-course omakase dinner (HKD1,888 pp) showcasing the powerful Japanese-Peruvian fusion cuisine he has been championing for three decades around the world.

The Nobu in Town omakase dinner menu includes sawara (Japanese Spanish mackerel) pico de gallo, lobster ankimo (monkfish liver) mousse, A5 Wagyu matsutake, and strawberry yuzu parfait.

If you can’t make either date, head to Nobu Hong Kong to enjoy the seven-course tasting menu (HKD1,888 pp) hosted at the restaurant from Oct. 2–29 to celebrate one year back in the city. The tasting menu features uni snow crab, omakase sushi, and Nobu-style sashimi.
