New fine-dining Japanese restaurant Teppanyaki Tempura Shun has swung open its doors at Four Seasons Hong Kong this December, making way for premium lunch and dinner tasting menus starring teppanyaki and tempura.

Run by two Japanese chefs with over 45 years of combined experience in their respective fields, Shun hosts both a teppanyaki lunch tasting menu and tempura lunch tasting menu for HKD1,380 per person and a teppanyaki and tempura omakase dinner menu for HKD2,680 per person.

Chef Nobuyasu Kamiko leads the teppanyaki section, bringing Kumamoto Wagyu, Japanese spiny lobster, and Hakodate scallop to the table, amongst other recommended dishes.

In the tempura section, chef Masashi Hongo wraps fresh Japanese seafood items, including sea urchin, tiger prawn, and amadai, in wonderfully crisp tempura shells.

The 12-seat restaurant is available for booking today, with reservations recommended for visiting Central’s latest Japanese dining hotspot.
