Fine-dining French restaurant Racines in Sheung Wan has launched a new winter menu, serving refined home comforts from the south of France and the Mediterranean.
During the cooler months of Hong Kong, customisable multi-course menus are on offer at the restaurant, beginning with the three-course (HKD888 pp), four-course (HKD1,188 pp), and five-course (HKD1,488 pp) lunch menus, all the way up to the six-course dinner tasting menu (HKD1,788 pp).
The dinner menu stocks stunning dishes like a terrine of Quercy foie gras and smoked eel, pan-seared Atlantic John Dory, and a Tomme Napoléon fondue. For the main course, there’s a choice of sologne venison or the restaurant’s famous Brittany pigeon (+HKD208), accented with roasted fig and lavender for the winter.
To pair up with your meal, Racines’ wine menu contains a selection of 15 grape varieties suitable for every single taste or occasion.
