After 12 years of operating in Hong Kong, La Rambla by Catalunya has unveiled new colours and plates celebrating the richness of Spanish fare.

The renovation of the ifc mall-based restaurant comes in the style of famed Spanish architect Antoni Gaudí, applying his distinct colours, designs, and shapes to embody the spirit of Catalonia in Hong Kong.

A more comprehensive menu exposing all flavours of the country comes to the restaurant, featuring must-try dishes like lobster creamy rice “caldoso” (HKD650), coppa Ibérica (HKD290), broken egg (HKD170), and pulpo gallego (HKD220), a traditional Galician octopus-based recipe.

Compared to the previous rendition of La Rambla, customers can now order a larger range of Spanish dishes, including tapas, bikini sandwiches, paellas, and Josper-grilled meat and seafood.
