Serving refined Ningbo dishes in the city, Yong Fu is extending its promotion of the cuisine in Hong Kong with a new executive lunch set (HKD498) promising great value.

Boasting 10 courses and available to order with a minimum of two guests in the main dining room, the lunch set is one of Hong Kong’s greatest value-for-money deals at a Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant.

The lunch set begins with one meat/seafood and vegetable appetiser each from a selection of marinated boneless chicken feet and marinated raw hairy crab and roasted gluten and pickled savoury and crunchy cauliflower.

Up next is soup; choose between the “chiang gong” thick taro soup and Bombay duck thick soup. The deep-fried course is next with a plate of either crispy baby yellow croaker or stuffed crispy chicken wings.

The seafood course consists of choices between the baby pomfret, braised pork belly with cuttlefish, and Ningbo-style stir-fried shredded eel.

The stir-fried sea conch and stir-fried pork fascia are available to pick from in the stir-fry category, before options of steamed buns with pork, noodles with scallion oil, beef or pork fried rice, and spicy and tender pork intestines come into play for the main course.

Finish your meal off with classic Ningbo-style sesame glutinous rice dumplings.
