Pizza lovers will not want to miss the upcoming pop-up at Hong Kong’s premier pizzeria, Fiata, positioned at an incredible number 3 in the Asia-Pacific region and number 22 in the world by 50 Top Pizza

Fiata founder Salvatore Fiata has invited chef-founder Antonio Brancato from Singapore’s leading pizzeria, ANTO, to join him for a five-day partnership at the Hong Kong pizzeria. ANTO is currently ranked at number 13 in the Asia-Pacific by 50 Top Pizza.

From Jun. 16 till Jun. 20, diners can head to Fiata for a collaborative dinner menu by the two pizza pioneers. Best-selling pies by both chefs take centre stage, from FIATA’s Bronte 5.0 (HKD255) with mortadella, ricotta, pistachio, and lemon zest to ANTO’s Rustica (HKD255) with fresh sausage, smoked scamorza, radicchio, and rosemary.

The Baby Popeye (HKD255) with ricotta cream, speck, dried mushroom, and both fresh and crunchy baby spinach and plant-based Melanzana (HKD255) with aubergine, scamorza, mint, and chilli oil are two more ANTO pizzas we can’ t wait to try in Hong Kong.

Also on board doing the pop-up are a selection of classic Italian starters, including Fassona beef tartare (HKD150) and smoked burrata di Andria IGP (HKD190), and tiramisu (HKD95) and ricotta with pear (HKD95) for dessert.
