This summer, Rosewood Hong Kong’s Butterfly Patisserie has made the move to a second (temporary) location – this time on Hong Kong Island – where the bakery’s Hokkaido custard flan is up for grabs.

The Central pop-up, located within the Lane Crawford department store at ifc mall, is now serving up the viral Hokkaido custard flan (HKD98), as well as at an exclusive new flan flavour by executive pastry chef Jonathan Soukdeo, the Hokkaido taro flan (HKD108). Both wobbly pastries are made with premium Hokkaido milk from Japan and a buttery, flaky croissant base.

From now until Jul. 31, just 150 flans are available (100 taro and 50 custard) from 12PM each day, with a limit of two flans per customer. Get ‘em before they sell out!
