House 1881 is soon to be the home of sushi master Mitsuhiro Araki’s namesake The Araki, an offshoot of the three-Michelin-starred London eatery. The Araki opened in 2014 to rave reviews, was awarded two Michelin stars just a year after opening and bagged a third shiny star in 2017. Chef Araki will be personally serving guests at his 12-seater sushi counter in Hong Kong.

At The Araki in London, just 10 diners diners each seating (there are two per night) partake in one sushi omakase menu showcasing expertly prepared Edomae sushi. The price? Get ready… £310 per person, which translates to about HK$3,000. We’re eager to see if the price tag remains the same when the Hong Kong branch opens its doors.

Stayed tuned for all the latest news about The Araki’s debut at House 1881.
