On 9 and 10 May, Man Ho Chinese Restaurant will craft a decadent nine-course set menu ($780/person) for lunch and dinner featuring delicacies such as bird’s nest broth with crabmeat and sautéed Wagyu beef with chanterelle mushrooms.
JW Café will showcase an extravagant lunch buffet ($648/adult; $458/child) and dinner buffet ($798/adult; $558/child), with a plentiful spread of fresh seafood and Asian and international delicacies at live stations.

Dominique Ansel’s creative pastries have taken Hong Kong by storm ever since the French pastry chef opened Dang Wen Li at Harbour City earlier this year. For Mother’s Day, he’s created two new treats to satisfy all mums with a sweet tooth. First up is a raspberry and rose cake ($580) made with honey sponge cake, homemade raspberry and rose jelly and pistachio feuilletine, but we have our beady eyes on the strawberry chocolate truffles ($198/box of 12), pictured above. The gorgeous strawberry-shaped truffles consist of a Valrhona strawberry chocolate case filled with Valrhona white chocolate and French strawberry ganache.
