The Tai Pan is embracing a new steakhouse concept to present the best beef one can find across the globe at The Murray hotel today.
The new à-la-carte menu has switched to put beef front and centre with contemporary steakhouse flair, sourcing the best of American, Australian, European, and Asian beef money can find.
Highlights from the menu include the Australian Rangers Valley M5 Wagyu (from HKD620), Italian Carima Fiorentina (HKD1,680), Korean Hanwoo striploin (HKD700), Spanish bone-in rib-eye (HKD1,580), and Japanese Kagoshima striploin (HKD740).
Expect classic steakhouse starters too, including foie gras terrine (HKD280), baby gem salad (HKD180), and crab cake (HKD280), plus an assortment of sides (HKD80 each).
The Tai Pan’s six desserts make for a pleasant ending – just don’t stuff yourself too fast with the New York cheesecake (HKD150) and apple tart (HKD150).
